Monos Media, S.A., the owner of the NicaPl aza and NicaLiving web sites does no t sell Real Estate. We offer this feature here so that companies and individuals can list their property for sale. Your contact is then directly with the owner or agent.

Our relationship with anyone listing property here is strictly that they are purchasing the right to display listings. It is up to you to do your own due dil igence with regard to the vendors and the property being listed. We are, however , interested in any feedback you might have. Should any vendor receive an unreas onable number of complaints, we terminate our agreement with them to list proper ty.

• Single property listing where we do all the work.
• Single property listing where you enter all the information yourself
• Multi-listing packages allowing a fixed maximum number of listings

We hope you find this site helpful. Note that you do not have to register her e (it is a different registration from the main NicaPlaza site) to view listings but, if you do, the system will remember your queries. For most people, subscri bing to one of the RSS feeds is your best option.
